Follow these steps:
- Access the Settings menu and enable the option to install apps from unknown sources. Familiar with the process, right?
- Android TVs typically include a file manager app and a browser by default, so you won't need to download them separately.
On your personal computer:
1. To download the installer, visit https://droidbyte.com/download on your computer and select 'Download'.
2. Copy the file to a USB flash drive.
Now, on your TV device:
3. Insert the USB flash drive.
4. Open your file manager and run the DroidByte App installer. That's it! You're all set.
For your Android phone:
3. Launch ES File Manager on your Android phone. On the Homepage tab, locate and click on the 'APP' icon.
4. A list of installed apps on your device will appear. Select the apps you wish to send to your Android TV by long-pressing on them.
5. Access the overflow menu and tap on 'Send'.
6. ES File Manager will search for devices connected to the same network and present a list of the discovered ones. Choose your Android TV from the list and press the send icon.
On your TV :
7. Once you receive the confirmation message, press OK to proceed.
8. Select a folder on your Android TV to receive the file, and then run it to install DroidByte App. That's all there is to it!
